VII. County Planning Report – Elizabeth Kavanaugh
There are no projects scheduled for this meeting
.* Ryan Chapman – County Traffic Engineer – Plan to have alley’s one way for fire truck safety.
VIII. Old Business – May 13th – Town Hall meeting on Land use and Circulation Element.

IX. New Business – Nominations for Council seats. Six positions open. Terms completed: Gary Davis, Tom Banish, Denis Degher, Jean Hoffman. Due to the resignation of one member and an unfilled alternate position there are six seats to be filled. Members who were elected last year for a two year term
are: Sharon Brower, Noel Carpenter and Mike Sanders.
The election will be held at the June 23rd meeting. The League of Women Voters will verify registration of voters and validate the election. After the announcement of the new members, they will be seated and the Council will vote on the Council positions.

* Mr. Chapman is a tentative speaker at this meeting.
